Diamonds Tavern has been a local fixture in Varsity Lakes since opening its doors in July 1997. Located at the corner of Bermuda Street and Christine Avenue within the main shopping complex, the tavern quickly became a go-to spot for locals looking to unwind and enjoy a classic pub experience. 

Varsity Lakes itself has a relatively young history, emerging from a planned development in the late 1990s as the Gold Coast expanded westward. Originally part of Stephens and later known as Andrew’s Estate, the area underwent significant transformation, evolving into a thriving residential and commercial hub. 

As Varsity Lakes grew, so did Diamonds Tavern, cementing its place as a community meeting point. From its early days, the tavern became known for its hearty meals, laid-back atmosphere, and welcoming service—values that have remained unchanged for more than 25 years.
